Dakota Post came to 44 Interactive with the goal of partnering with a marketing firm to help them grow and expand awareness of their business of providing mail forwarding services (including Virtual Mail) to a transient clientelle, including RV'ers, internationally-based US workers, etc.  44 Interactive services:  Logo/Brand Evolution, Collateral Design, Print Ads, Sales Elements, Website Design & Development and Digital Marketing.

DakotaPost has been in the mail forwarding business for more than 26 years. Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Dakota Post recently expanded its services and wanted a website that could grow with the company into the future.

As a main focus of our website redesign for DakotaPost, we combined their rates and services into one section. This streamlined the company’s most important information, making it much easier for a user to digest content quicker and more efficiently. Included with their rates and services is a section geared toward highlighting the partnerships that DakotaPost has developed within the industries they serve.

DakotaPost also wanted to allow users to initiate the sign up process by having a separate form built for each service they offer. Users can now go into a DakotaPost service and select a plan, prompting an email to the customer service department, which will then follow up to finalize the sign-up process.

With these added features, the DakotaPost website better serves users and the company.
